Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Standard shipping is either USPS or UPS ground, which estimates 5 days for transit time from the day the order ships.

Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: All orders ship from our warehouse in California.
Q: If I purchase more than one pair, will they be shipped separately?
A: All items ordered in the same shopping cart ship together in the same package at the same time.
Q: What if my package cannot be delivered?
A: Junk Underjeans can not be responsible for any issues that arise with delivery failures due to incorrect address information such as missing street address or zip code, or for any reason that USPS or UPS advises that a package is undeliverable. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
