If you are not completely satisfied with your Junk Underjeans purchase we will accept returns for exchange or full refund on any unused, unworn, unwashed garment with tags for up to 30 days after initial purchase.

The form will request your order number and information about the items being returned for exchange or refund. You can also note any special instructions or comments that you have on the form.

We recommend you ship returned items back to us using a method that gives you a tracking number.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method that was used on the order, less the original shipping fees, and you will receive a confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We don’t accept returns made after 30 days of purchase receipt.
We can not process returns from purchases made from any of the fine retailers that carry our product. If you would like to return a purchase made from one of our retailers, please return the purchase to the store where you purchased it. Return or exchange policies are up to the discretion of the individual retailer.
